Abstract: IntroductionThe complex anatomy of the cavernous sinus confers a true challenge when it comes to safe tumor resection. Due to its non-invasive nature, stereotactic radiosurgery (SRS) is expected to have lower mortality and morbidity rates than microsurgery.
