Visualization of a Digital Elevation Model using Advanced Image Processing

Abstract

Advancements in the field of satellite technologies have made it available to us to acquire the latest imagery, but due to a lack of visualization techniques it becomes very difficult for a person to ascertain the actual situation from a remote place. In this paper we have discussed an attempt to better ascertain satellite imagery with the help of rasters and topographical tools.
