Wafer Quality Inspection using Memristive LSTM, ANN, DNN and HTM

Abstract: The automated wafer inspection and quality control is complex and time consuming task, which can be speed up using neuromorphic memristive architectures, as a separate inspection device or integrating directly into sensors.
