One review article by Adshead and Dubula on undertaking an emancipatory research project between the community and academic partners from Uganda, Tanzania, South Africa and Ireland stressed the importance of making university resources such as libraries and links to networking opportunities available to the community . Training should also be provided to community members on how to use these university resources.…”
