What is the ‘voltage drop’ when an effective health promoting intervention for older adults—Choose to Move (Phase 3)—Is implemented at broad scale?

Abstract: Background Choose to Move (CTM), an effective health-promoting intervention for older adults, was scaled-up across British Columbia, Canada.
