When ablating over epicardial fat, consider the path of least resistance!

Abstract: Critical portions of ventricular tachycardia circuits sometimes include the epicardial portion of ventricular myocardium and therefore successful catheter ablation of these arrhythmias depends upon effective lesion delivery to this region.
