When Malignancies Mimic Interstitial Lung Disease: A Case Series and Review of the Literature

Abstract: Interstitial lung diseases (ILD) are difficult to diagnose and to classify. Despite symptoms and clinical findings typical for ILD, a broad differential diagnosis must be kept in mind.
