Abstract: The purpose of this article is to review the diagnosis of atopic dermatitis along with various disease mimickers. Traditionally, atopic dermatitis is a clinical diagnosis with distinctive history, morphology, and distribution of pruritic eczematous lesions aiding in determining the condition and treatment.
