Abstract:Ureteral leiomyosarcoma is a very rare aggressive retroperitoneal malignancy with limited possibility of an accurate pre-operative diagnosis. Incidence of ureter leiomyosarcoma is extremely rare. Hence, there is paucity of reported cases in the literature.
