Where Two ‘Exceptional’ Prison Cultures Meet: Negotiating Order in a Transnational Prison

Abstract: Can a prison in the Netherlands, that is neither ‘Dutch’ nor ‘Norwegian’, be ‘legitimate?’ What are the moral challenges?
