Abstract: Which anti-nausea medications are more likely to increase QTc interval? EVIDENCE-BASED ANSWEROndansetron, haloperidol, and aprepitant have little effect on the QTc interval, whereas droperidol prolongs QTc compared with placebo (SOR: B, metaanalysis of low-quality studies).
