Abstract: Background: Diffusion magnetic resonance imaging (dMRI) has revealed microstructural changes in white matter (WM) in Huntington’s disease (HD). Objective: To compare the validities of different dMRI, i.e., diffusion kurtosis imaging (DKI) and diffusion tensor imaging (DTI) in HD.
