Who Owns Collaborative Housing? A Conceptual Typology of Property Regimes

Abstract: Tenure in collaborative housing remains under contextualized. Unpacking tenure contributes to internal differentiation of collaborative housing, its comparison to other modes of housing provision and the evaluation of potential benefits.
