Who Works at the Interface in Knowledge Spillover Across Organizational Boundaries?

Abstract: To investigate the characteristics of engineers who act as an interface in transferring knowledge across national boundaries, I conducted an empirical analysis regarding the mobility of engineers in electrical manufacturing firms from Japan to South Korea.
