Abstract:Background: In Multiple Myeloma (MM) the individuation of bone lesions at baseline is mandatory because the detection of cortical damage reflects prognostic implications. Conventional Radiography (CR) shows osteolytic bone lesions only when the cortical bone damage is more than 30%.
