Why Communities of Practice (CoP) are ‘Still’ Relevant for the Organizations?

Abstract: There is a continuous scholarly debate on emerging structure of Communities of Practice (CoP) in modern organizations. The understanding of CoP differs among the organizations and so are the benefits.
