Abstract:The χ-Spaces framework is a set of tools that support all steps of a protocol's life-cycle. The framework implements the simple yet powerful Security Protocol Language (SPL), designed to model security protocols and show their correctness. χ-Spaces can provide efficient and robust implementations of protocols that are suited for embedding into wireless devices.
“…We implemented the transition semantics, and use the net semantics to verify security properties of protocols. The framework has been shown to effectively aid the task of protocol development in several case studies [4,5,6,7].…”
We present the χ-Spaces framework, a tool designed to support every step of a security protocol's life cycle. Its Integrated Development Environment (IDE) eases the task of protocol design, debugging and simulation.

scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
