This study has examined the impact of political instability on child labour on the panel of 53 developing economies. To conduct this analysis, this study has applied GMM (generalized method of moments) techniques to the panel data of child labour (dependent variable) and political instability urbanisation, inflation, gross domestic product, and trade (independent variables) from 2000 to 2015. In addition, it has conducted the disaggregated analysis, which is based on the level of income in developing economies. This study has concluded that political instability has a positive impact on child labour in developing countries. Child labour is positively related to inflation and trade, negatively associated with economic growth rate and urbanization. According to disaggregated analysis, political instability also positively affects child labour in low-income and high-income countries. Still, trade has a positive impact on high-income countries and a negative impact on low-income countries. In addition, control variables and child labour in the primary model and disaggregate analysis have the same relationships. Empirical results of this study suggest that political instability plays a critical role in increasing child labour in developing countries and has indicated that the government of developing countries should pay particular attention to political instability. Child labour can be reduced by taking good steps toward controlling political instability.

The purpose of this research was to examine the impact of envy on abusive supervision. A questionnaire survey was utilized to collect the data from 440 employees working in Lahore. Tests like Reliability, Correlation, and linear regression were used in the analysis. This research shows the relationship between envy and abusive supervision. Results reveal that envy has a positive impact on abusive supervision. The current research is conducted in the textile sector so cannot simplify the results on the organizations of another type of industry. Current research examines a wide-ranging framework for developing countries for envy, and abusive supervision, in a single model. This research explores the phenomenon of envy, and abusive supervision, and the current study work as a policy guideline for employers or top management of the textile sector for controlling the thoughts about envy and abusive supervision which will ultimately foster the level directly and indirectly. Present research broadens the body of literature by providing empirical support from social comparison theory to explain the phenomenon of proposed relationships in a single model.

Gender discrimination is a concept that is ever explained by law in detail in the workplace. It describes unequal advantages or disadvantages to a group in consideration of another group in the workplace. Gender discrimination affects the employees rapidly discrimination factor reducing increased satisfaction, motivational level, commitment to the organization, and stress level, increasing the working capability of employees in the organization. Gender discrimination factor which is in public and private organizations. 155 female employees of EEFU Humaya Takaful, University of Agriculture, Orient group of Company, Haier Group Company, and Ali Gohar are selected with the help of convenience sampling. Current research proposes the three hypotheses for direct relation and on for the mediational effect. All the hypotheses are accepted and the organizational environment plays a partial mediator between gender discrimination and job satisfaction.
