Work Motivation in Nurses Providing Nursing Services to Patients with COVID-19: A Descriptive Study

Abstract

Coronavirus disease-2019 (COVID-19) is an infectious disease caused by severe acute respiratory syndrome-coronavirus-2, declared a pandemic by the World Health Organization on March 11, 2020. [1][2][3] The COVID-19 pandemic, which has been spreading rapidly around the world, causes an increase in morbidity and mortality with each passing day. 4,5 Nurses are one of the closest and most effective healthcare team members to COVID-19 patients from the day they are hospitalized. As such, it can be said that
