Work self-efficacy and job performance of business educators in public universities

Abstract: The study examined the correlation between work self-efficacy and job performance of business educators in public universities. A correlational design was adopted and data were collected from a randomly selected sample of 142 business educators (12 HODs and 130 lecturers) using a structured psychological scale.
