Abstract: Sexual minorities (lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender individuals; LGBT) experience workplace discrimination that leads to decreased physical and emotional well-being, and negative job outcomes.LGBT individuals may also experience microaggressions and ostracism in the workplace.
