X-Ray Absorption and Emission

Abstract: The opening theme is that of 1960 (217), fortissimo.In preparing the 1962 review, some 1200 references were listed, and over 400 appear in the bibliography. Eighty-one of these deal with the determination of a single element (iron) by a single method (x-ray emission spectrography)-a method inherently among the simplest conceivable for diverse samples.
