Xantho-granulomatous orchitis: A rare case mimicking malignancy

Abstract: Testicular mass is an important and frequently encountered finding in hospital setting. Xanthogranulomatous orchitis (XGO) is an uncommon benign lesion and an important cause of testicular mass.
