Abstract:Cadmium sulfide (CdS) films have been formed using an ultrasonic spray pyrolysis method. These films were annealed at a temperature range of 200-500 o C in air for 5 hours. To investigate the effects of annealing on the vibrational, structural, optical and morphological properties of cadmium sulfide films, X-ray diffraction (XRD), Raman spectroscopy, Fourier transform infrared (FTIR) spectroscopy, UV-visible spectroscopy (UV-vis) and atomic force microscopy (AFM) were used, respectively. The XRD spectra indica… Show more
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
