Yield, quality, and nutrient uptake of stevia under continental Mediterranean climate

Abstract: Stevia (Stevia rebaudiana Bertoni) is gaining attention due to its sweetening power. The stevia crop is still relatively unknown in Europe, and very little is known about its nutrient requirements.
