Zonisamide Adjunctive Therapy in Intractable Childhood Epilepsy with Mitochondrial Respiratory Chain Complex Defects

Abstract: Purpose: Zonisamide (ZNS) is a broad-spectrum antiepileptic drug (AED). Free radical scavenging is also a possible action mechanism of ZNS.
