“…7 Heterogenization of ionic liquids on suitable porous supports, [8][9][10] suitable magnetic nanoparticles, [11][12][13] immobilized on solid supports, either by physical coating of the ionic liquids on Al 2 O 3 , 14,15 SiO 2 16,17 and TiO 2 18,19 or by covalent bonding of the ionic liquids to the support surface, would be a feasible and attractive approach to prepare an efficient solid catalyst with superior activity and stability. 20 While reasonable reusability was observed in most cases, the dispersion of the ionic liquid on the solid support was poor, and leaching of the ionic liquid occurred, resulting in loss of activity. 21,22 To overcome these drawbacks, graphene oxide (GO) can be used as a support material for immobilization of the ionic liquid with better dispersion, excellent activity, covalent bonding, and good reusability.…”

“…Zwitterionic sulfamic acid modified montmorillonite k10 (MMT‐ZSA) nanoclay was synthesized by Safari and Ahmadzadeh as an environmental‐friendly and nontoxic catalyst to prepare pyranopyrazole and spiroindolinepyranopyrazole derivatives in four‐component reaction (Figure 9). [ 91 ] The same reaction protocol worked for different carbonyl compounds such as substituted benzaldehydes, isatins, acenaphthenequinone, indane‐1,2,3‐trione to afford the desired products 108–111 in excellent yields even after five cycles.…”

“…In 2017, 143 zwitterionic sulfamic acid functionalized nanoclay (MMT-ZSA) was prepared by montmorillonite K-10 as template, 3-aminopropyltriethoxysilane as linker and chlorosulfonic acid as a SO 3 H source (Scheme 106). MMT-ZSA as a reusable catalyst (five times) was applied to the synthesis of dihydropyrano [2,3-c] Ag/TiO 2 nanothin films as a green, robust, and recyclable catalyst was used for preparation of dihydropyrano [2,3-c]pyrazole derivatives in EtOH/H 2 O at 70 C 144 (Scheme 108).…”
