Abstract

The research examines the structure of the anti-crisis management plan. With the help of the presented structure of the plan, the company has the opportunity to reduce or reduce the impact of crises. Focusing on the protection of personnel and all stakeholders allows to reduse the impact of the crisis on operational activities and productivity. The article focuses on the main components of the plan: risk analysis, activation protocol, chain of command, command center plan, response plan, internal communication plan, external communication plan, resources, training, and review. Before developing a crisis management plan, step-by-step recommendations should be followed. 5 basic steps are covered that enable basic rules and risk assessments, business impact, planning, and response. Training is an especially important part of forming a plan. The article proposes an American approach to the formation of anti-crisis management plans, in which the main attention is paid to specific actions, not to politicians, organizational schemes, etc.
