Мental States and the Problem of Self-Regulation of Elderly People

Abstract: The article touches upon the problem of self-regulation of mental states of the elderly. The features of the emotional state of elderly people are described. Variants of effective self-regulation are proposed, the causes of negative states and ways to overcome them are analyzed.
