We undertook this study to evaluate the safety and efficacy of RTX inThe French AutoImmunity and Rituximab registry receives financial support from Roche (an unrestricted educational grant).

In common practice, the use of rituximab in pSS is mostly restricted to patients with systemic involvement. This prospective study shows good efficacy and tolerance of rituximab in patients with pSS and systemic involvement.

RTX seems effective in cryoglobulinaemia or vasculitis-related PNS involvement in pSS.
