At scite, we are constantly thinking about helping you do better research. Whether that is through improvements made to our browser extension, new integrations with other products and services, or simply clarifying the messaging on the site. These improvements come from internal discussions many times, but more often than not they come from interactions with our users letting us know that something is not working or is unclear.
We value this feedback so much that we proactively seek it, running usability studies and one-on-one interviews with researchers regularly.
Today, we’d like to put out a larger call for feedback and invite you to let us know what you like or dislike about scite through email or through a one-on-one chat with our team.
If you’re interested in participating in a user interview, please get in touch with us at customersupport@researchsolutions.com and we’ll follow up with you to schedule a chat for our usability study. If you just want to write us feedback directly by email, that works too!
