Abstract: Abstract:The aim of this study was to evaluate the effects of stretching training in the capacity of hamstring muscles torque maintenance in male young adults. Thirty-eight volunteers were randomly divided into two groups: Stretching Group (SG, n = 19) and Control Group (CG, n = 19).
