1.5 nsec ECL-PAL realization using advanced single poly technology

Abstract

National Semiconductor's Advanced Single Poly Emitter Coupled Technology (ASPECTZII) wi th-two Tayers of-metallization, along with added modules for lateral PNP transistors, Schottky diodes, poly resistors and improved lateral fuse elements has been employed to fabricate an ECL-PAL with maximum specified propagation delay of ZnS, the industry's fastest Programmable Array Logic (PAL) product to date.
