1.6-THz frequency upconverter with integrated GaAs diode circuit

Abstract: THz frequency sources have a variety of applications ranging from molecular spectroscopy, atmospheric remote sensing, scaled radar range systems, sensing and monitoring of chemical and biological molecules to wireless communications.
