Abstract:A 10-year-old girl with a known diagnosis of MEN2B and a history of medullary thyroid cancer (MTC) presented at Children’s National Hospital ophthalmology clinic with recurrent eyelid lesions. She had a history of hypothyroidism, mild hypocalcemia, and café-au-lait spots—all consistent with her MEN2B diagnosis.
