Abstract: Pyoderma gangrenosum (PG) is a neutrophilic dermatosis with chronic painful skin ulcers of unknown etiology. The diagnosis of PG continues to be one of exclusion. There are no specific laboratory tests or absolute diagnostic histopathologic features for PG.
