Abstract:Background: Immune mediated diabetes mellitus (DM) is a rare complication of immune checkpoint inhibitor (ICI) therapy, with an incidence of less than 1%. We present a case of immune-mediated DM with nivolumab therapy presenting as diabetic ketoacidosis (DKA).
