Abstract:INTRODUCTION:Propofol infusion syndrome (PRIS) is characterized by rhabdomyolysis, hyperkalemia, renal, cardiac, and liver dysfunction, and lactic acidosis associated with prolonged infusion or high dosages of propofol.
