Abstract:The German Commission for the Investigation of Health Hazards of Chemical Compounds in the Work Area has re‐evaluated the maximum concentration at the work place (MAK value) of 2‐aminoethanol [141‐43‐5], considering the endpoints respiratory tract irritation, developmental toxicity, and skin absorption. Available unpublished study reports are described in detail.
