20 MHz accurate peak detector for FPW allergy biosensor with digital calibration

Abstract: This paper proposes a 20 MHz peak detector utilizing digital calibration for a FPW allergy biosensor. The traditional peak detector operates at the frequency from several KHz to 1 MHz. By using the proposed digital calibration methodology, the operation frequency of the peak detector is simulated to be up to 20 MHz and the detected voltage error due to the delay time of the sample-and-hold circuit and the comparator is improved to be -0.8125%.
