Γεννήθηκα εις την Αθήνα το έτος 1956. Τελείωσα τις σπουδές μου της μέσης εκπαιδεύσεως εις το Αμερικανικόν Κολλέγιον Αγίας Παρασκευής (Pierce College) από το οποίον απεφοίτησα το 1974 με το βαθμό «άριστα». Μετά από εισιτήριες εξετάσεις το 1976 εισήχθην εις την Ιατρικήν Σχολήν του Πανεπιστημίου Αθηνών. Τελείωσα τις Πανεπιστημιακές μου σπουδές το 1981 και πήρα το πτυχίο μου με «λίαν καλώς». Τον Δεκέμβριον του 1981 διορίσθηκα ως έμμισθος βοηθός εις το Παθολο γοανατομιών Εργαστήριον του Νοσοκομείου Ατυχημάτων «Απόστολος Παύλος», εις το οποίον εκπαιδεύτηκα μέχρι τον Ιανουάριον του 1984. Από τον Φεβρουάριον του 1984 μετετέθην εις το Παθολογοανατομικόν Ερ γαστήριον του Νοσοκομείου Ελληνικού Ερυθρού Σταυρού όπου συνεχίζω να εκπαιδεύομαι μέχρι του παρόντος. Η εργασία έγινε υπό την εποπτείαν: Του Διευθυντού του Παθολογοανατομικού Εργαστηρίου του Νοσοκομείου Ελληνικού Ερυθρού Σταυρού Αθηνών Αναπληρωτού Καθηγητού της Παθολο γικής Ανατομικής της Ιατρικής Σχολής του Πανεπιστημίου Αθηνών κου Β. Λίτσιου.
