“…Kolb and Fry (1975) maintain that the learning cycle is a continuous process that can begin at any one of the four stages, but must follow-through the entire sequence to be effective: An important step of experiential learning is the translation of new conceptual understanding into "actionable" knowledge that can be applied to and used towards new experiences (Kolb, 1984).
