21‐2: The full‐color Micro‐LEDs display based on quantum dots

Abstract

With the rapid development of Micro‐LED technology, the method of using quantum dot photoresist to realize the full‐color display Micro‐LED has received extensive attention from researchers. In this paper, the high quality red and green quantum dot color conversion layers with a pixel size of 50 um was prepared.
