Abstract: INTRODUCTION: Colorectal cancer (CRC) is a leading cause of cancer mortality despite being largely preventable. The fecal immunochemical test (FIT) is a recommended screening method, but timely evaluation of abnormal results is critical to the effectiveness of CRC screening.
