Abstract:BackgroundNeonatal lupus (NL) is a disease in children of mothers who have specific anti-Ro/La IgG autoantibodies by passive transplacental transfer. LN is characterized by skin and cardiac involvement, as well as cytopenias, hepatic or neurological manifestations.
