Abstract:We report the effects of low temperature atomic layer deposition (ALD) environment treatment on the photoluminescence properties and stability of perovskite quantum dot films. Compared with conventional chemical centrifugation, the loss of photoluminscence can be reduced by physical pressure and temperature control. The photoluminescence properties and long‐term stability of the films can be improved by vacuum heating and washing with weak polar solvents to reduce the content of organic matter on the surface. … Show more
