Abstract:INTRODUCTION:
Endoscopic retrospective cholangiopancreatography (ERCP) is a technically challenging procedure rarely associated with severe post-procedure complications. Pregnancy promotes cholelithiasis due to hormonal changes and ERCP may be indicated. Surgical intervention is preferred during the second trimester of pregnancy.
