Abstract: Metal thio(seleno)phosphates are renowned for their multifaceted physical characteristics and versatile applications, particularly in optoelectronics. In detection applications, a low and stable dark current is crucial, enhancing the sensitivity and signal‐to‐noise ratio of detectors.
