2D-Modeling for the temperature-composition dependent thermal-conductivity of AlmNn compounded semiconductor materials

Abstract: The quantitative effect on the thermal conductivity of Aluminum Nitride(AlN) regarding to Al mole fraction and temperature has not been reported computationally.
