2P140 Hydration study of myosin subflagment1 with bound ATP analogs(10. Muscle,Poster,The 52nd Annual Meeting of the Biophysical Society of Japan(BSJ2014))

Abstract: Hydration state change of actin filament(F-actin) with bound myosin S1 after ATP hydrolysis were measured by precision microwave dielectric spectroscopy(DRS) at different molar ratio from 0:13 to 3:13 of S1:actin.
